i have just been speaking with Anne about the whole Austria lady kept in basement ordeal, and it got me thinking.
i know i kept pets as a kid, but now i’ve grown up, i’ve come to realise that it is totally wrong.

how is it any less wrong to keep an animal, than it is a human in captivity?

so today has been uneventful, got some sunbathing done, watched the Tim Burton version of Sweeny Todd, and thought it was pretty crap. i have seen two other versions, and though it was well made, how could it not be for a huge budget Tim Burton film, it was just dull, and involved too much romance, ruining the real story. oh and Jonny Depp’s English accent is never good, especially when he sings!
